Tankee Inc (“We”, “us”, “Tankee”) is committed to providing a mobile entertainment platform for children to watch the game videos they love, discover new games and more in a safer, more kid-friendly online environment. As a parent or legal guardian (“You”) of a child user of the Tankee App (“Child”, “Children”, and collectively with You, “Users”) we to provide You and your Child with the important information below about how we collect, use, and share the personal information collected from our Users. We also want to explain our parental consent practices with respect to information provided by you and your Child under the age of 13. The App was designed to comply with the requirements of the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”). Whenever You activate the Tankee App on a device, we collect:

To obtain verification, we utilize the email address You provide in order to send the you a message that allows for parental verification of device activation. If you do not confirm the device activation within 7 days, we will delete your email address from our records.

We will obtain parental consent before collecting, using, or disclosing personal information from your Child under the age of 13. Parents may contact us to ask if we have collected their Child’s user account information, to review that information, and to request that Tankee stop collecting this information and to have it deleted. Tankee is committed to using all reasonable efforts to protect the integrity and security of You and your Child’s personal information. We have adopted a variety of reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to help protect this information from loss, alteration, and misuse. However, no data security precautions or systems can be guaranteed to be completely secure. We cannot guarantee that such information may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by breach of any of our administrative, technical, or physical safeguards that are in place.
The Tankee App may include links that direct the user to a third party website or application, such as the Apple App Store or to an online retailer. Parental approval is required in order for a user of the App to access such external links. Tankee is not responsible for these third-party websites, companies or providers. The existence of an external link within the Tankee App does not in any way infer that Tankee endorses or warrants the operator of the linked destination. Use of the Tankee App may be subject to the terms and conditions and/or privacy policies of third-parties that Tankee does not control, such as mobile app stores, mobile software platforms or payment processors. Please be aware that it is your responsibility to review the privacy policy of any such third-party.
The Tankee App was developed in accordance with COPPA. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 in violation of COPPA. In the event that a user identifies himself or herself as a child under the age of 13 through a question sent to Tankee or a support request, we will not collect, store or utilize in any way, and will delete in a secure manner, any personal information of such a user.
California’s “Shine the Light” law, codified as California Civil Code Section 1798.83, permits California residents to request the identity of any third parties to whom Tankee, Inc has disclosed personal information within the previous calendar year for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes, as well as the type of personal information disclosed. You may make such a request by sending an email to help@tankee.com with “California Privacy Information Request” included in the subject line and body of your message.
Additionally, California Business and Professions Code section 22581 permits California residents under age 18 who are registered users of online sites, services or applications to request and obtain removal of content or information they have publicly posted. Such a request should be sent to help@tankee.com and include a detailed description of the specific content or information to be removed. Please note that such a request does not guarantee complete removal of content or information posted online, and that the law may not permit or require removal of some or all such information in certain circumstances.
Over time, it may be necessary to modify or supplement our Privacy Policy. When we make changes, we will post the changes to the Tankee website and change the date at the top of the policy. The amended Privacy Policy will be effective upon posting on the Tankee website. We encourage you to visit the Tankee website from time to time to review our Privacy Policy in the event it has changed. Your continued provision of information to us or use of the Tankee App following the posting of changes to the Privacy Policy means that you accept the changes and our use of your Personal Information in accordance with the revised Privacy Policy.
If we make any material changes to the Privacy Policy, we will use reasonable efforts to notify you of changes at least thirty (30) days before the effective date of the changes. If you have provided us with your email address we will also notify you of material changes to this Privacy Policy by sending an email at least thirty (30) days before the effective date of the changes to the email address you most recently provided to us. We encourage you to keep the email address you provide to us current, and to promptly notify us of any changes to your email address, so that you may receive any notices we send to you regarding material changes to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the changes, you should discontinue your use of the Tankee App prior to the time the modified privacy policy takes effect.
